The Advanced Class is a concentrated effort to instill speech excellence in each student's presentation and oratory skills.
Students will experience an intensive week of critiquing, outlining, memorizing, and perfectly executing a well-prepared speech for friends and family at the end of the week. Students are required to find a speech topic and write a 5 minute speech before the class. During the class the instructor will work with each student to hone in on excellently conveying their topic. The class is a heavily graded class and gives each student a wonderful format to improve their speech function and experience levels.
To attend the Advanced Class it is required for each student to complete the Introductory and Intermediate courses. Each student will receive a DVD of their speeches at the end of the week.
This class focuses on:
Advanced Memorization
Newsroom Presentation
Debate & Handling Rebuttals and Refutations
Parliamentary Procedure

The goal of the Advanced Class is to expose different communication forums to the students that require more confidence and poise to complete with excellence.
